Exceptional hosts and amazing breakfast

The service at this place was top-notch. the owners greeted us with warm hospitality, making us feel right at home. Our room was fresh and well-decorated, but the breakfast truly stole the show—featuring a delightful full English and perfect coffee. The only downside was the slight noise from other guests, but it didn't take away from the overall wonderful stay.

Noise disturbances from the bar area can be overwhelming at times!!! Limited parking availability becomes inconvenient during peak hours!!! Shower temperature inconsistencies can ruin a bathing experience!!! More attention to managing guest flow during busy times would be beneficial!!!

The kids had a blast in the cozy lounge area and we appreciated the relaxing outdoor patio. The only hiccup was that the morning light poked through the blinds a bit too much for my light-sleeping self, but overall, it was a super cozy getaway! 😊

I recently spent two nights at the Ascot and had a lovely time. The welcome was warm and the owner made sure I felt well taken care of right from check-in. The breakfast each morning was a true highlight, with options like freshly cooked meals that set a great tone for my day. My room was clean and comfortable. It had all the essentials, and I appreciated the thoughtful touches, like free toiletries and an electric kettle. The bar area was inviting in the evening, a nice spot to relax after a day out. my only issue was the limited seating in the common areas during peak times, which made it feel a bit crowded. Still, this did not overshadow the overall positive vibe.

Family room was spacious, but the Wi-Fi was spotty in our room.
